Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume periods (like holidays or launches), processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method. We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking info to update.
Shipping Delays
Heiroma is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping info provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Heiroma is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered.”
